Support 24/7 services and interim cover

To maintain the optimum performance of your network environment, Utilize offers a range of on-going services to support your systems. Hardware and software support as well as system monitoring is managed via our helpdesk and on-site support services are also available for hardware maintenance and parts replacement.

Our helpdesk is open 08.30 – 17.30 weekdays (excluding bank holidays), but you may wish to opt for our 24/7/365 support package should your business operate outside these hours.

We are also able to provide interim cover should a member of your IT organisation leave the company or go on holiday, ensuring your virtualized environments are always supported and never left vulnerable.
